Rule 41
Able to practice law
A government lawyer shall take the approval of the Attorney General to practice law in any organized organization majority-owned by the Government of Nepal, advocate debate on behalf of such an organized organization, or conduct any educational or academic activity without adversely affecting the rights and interests of the Government of Nepal and without incurring additional financial obligations to the Government of Nepal and without hindering the work of the office. The institution will be able to teach, research, explore and train.
